We are looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team on a part-time basis as cadet talent recruiters.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of an audience, meeting new people, and identifying promising talent in various contexts (events, social media, public activities, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential talents
• Interact with groups and present opportunities in an engaging way
• Participate in events to recruit and promote our activities
• Evaluate profiles and recommend the best candidates
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Profile Required:

• Outgoing, energetic, and sociable person
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd
• Ability to spot potential in others
• Self-driven with initiative

Conditions:

• Part-time position
• Flexible schedule
• Experience in recruitment or facilitation (a plus, but not required)
• High school diploma (required)
• Comfortable using TikTok and going live
